Return & Refund Policy

At Raibros, our handbags are designed to be practical and stylish for everyday use. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. This Return & Refund Policy explains the procedures for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds so you know exactly how we handle your order. We accept Returns and our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags and protective films intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

2. “Change of Mind” Returns

  • Returns for non-defective items are accepted if the item meets all eligibility criteria in Section 1.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Raibros does not charge restocking fees.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@raibros.shop.
  • Raibros will cover return shipping costs for these items.
  • You may receive a replacement or full refund depending on your preference.

4. Return Shipping Instructions

  • Contact: our support team at support@raibros.shop to initiate a return.
  • Return Shipping: For both "Change of Mind" and "Wrong Item Ordered" returns, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs and providing the return label.
  • Shipping Labels: We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: Raibros does not charge any restocking fees.

5. Exchanges

  • We accept exchange
  • To exchange an item, first return your original item.
  • Once the return is approved, you can either:

Place a separate order for the new item or Contact our support team to facilitate a direct exchange.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Orders in Processing (after 12 hours) or shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

7. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
    • Refund Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
    • Timeline: Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Personal care goods
