1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (handling + transit)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Fast Shipping: Available at checkout; delivery time and cost are calculated based on your location

4. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the carrier’s website or the Track123 app integrated on our store.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.
